How Does A Regression Session Work?

At the beginning of the session, we will talk about your expectations and hopes - this will help clarify the focus of the work. You'll also have completed a worksheet to help you to identify important people and questions you hope to receive guidance about.

A Typical Session...

The regression begins with guided visualizations to help you relax into the process.  For many people, the guided meditation/visualization is a profoundly peaceful state of mind – one that many of us have a hard time locating on our own in this busy world. 

Once you are in a heightened state of relaxation,  we will gather past life knowledge, memories or parts of your earlier self and we will explore those memories and we look for patterns.  We access your wisdom through your past life experiences as they are revealed within the session.

We will always seek a greater understanding about the patterns - struggles- and relationships in your life.

We will attempt to connect with your primary guides/guidance and to reach for the higher soul realms to have a more expansive access to your souls wisdom. I will be with you from the start to the finish – guiding you into a deeper awareness and understanding about what you seek to know more about.  You hold the wisdom inside of you and I serve as your guide on the journey.

You can trust that the wisdom, the healing, the insights, and the direction of the entire process is really orchestrated by you.  

During regression, you are in complete control of yourself and your choices.  This is not stage hypnotism.  Regression work is an opportunity to give yourself the deepest relaxation state and to awaken the wisdom that lives within you!
