About the Work
At the beginning of the session , we will talk about your expectations and hopes and to help me understand more about you, your life, your hopes & dreams and your values. This also brings to the surface all that is in your conscious & subconscious mind. From this we will get very clear about what we need to focus on in your past life regression or between lives regression.
The regression begins with guided visualizations to help you relax into the process. For many people, the guided meditation/visualization is a profoundly peaceful state of mind – one that many of us have a hard time locating on our own in this busy world. Then we access your wisdom through the exploration of past life experiences or soul level experiences.
I will be with you from the start to the finish – guiding you into a deeper awareness and understanding about what you seek to know more about.
You hold the wisdom inside of you. I serve as your guide on the journey.
Once complete with our session, we will chat further about what we uncovered. Please know that the wisdom, the healing, the insights and the direction of the entire process is really orchestrated by you. During regression, you are in complete control of yourself and your choices. This is not stage hypnotism.
Regression work is an opportunity to give yourself the deepest relaxation state and to awaken the wisdom that lives within you!

I am not sure I can find adequate words to describe how life-changing my past-life regressions have been with you. I prayed for a couple of years before I found the right person. Jill was thorough in explaining the process, and incredibly kind in her empathic ability to connect to my individual concerns and questions.
